What the form collects
The form requests your email address and your permission to email you the repository link and next steps, followed by occasional Svavyom project updates. The service records your signup time and the version of this notice. The hosting provider also processes request metadata; the signup application does not store IP addresses in its list table. Signup does not verify mailbox ownership. It does not ask for server credentials or infrastructure details.
A signup is stored only when a working signup service is configured. An unavailable service returns an error rather than claiming that you joined.
What we send
The intended sequence is simple. First, one message with the repository link and suggested next steps. After that, occasional project updates. Addresses are used only for these messages, not for sale or advertising profiles.
For now the maintainers send these messages by hand from the project’s contact address. Every message includes a way to ask for removal.
Retention and removal
Records remain until you ask for removal or the list closes. To request removal or ask about your data, email contact@svavyom.com from the address you registered.
The service uses Cloudflare Workers and D1 to process and store signup records. No automated email delivery service is connected. If one is added later, that provider will process addresses in order to deliver messages and this notice will be updated. No analytics service is bundled with this form.
